Turning 49 - with an amazing Birthday party!

 


Turning 49 was in the end a very calm and smooth transition.

The day before was a relaxed one. I didn´t do anything special. It just happened that when I finished my evening program and checked the time there were 50 minutes left till midnight.

So I took a shower, lit a candle and made myself comfortable on the couch. 

When I closed my eyes, breathed deep and tried to feel every fibre of my body I fell into a beautiful meditation:

I found myself on a meadow surrounded by large trees and everyone was there! My family, my friends, my "teachers", people who are important to me, people who have challenged me, people who are alive, people who passed away already, Natives were there, their horses grazed nearby, ...

And I was able to talk to every single one of them!
I was able to tell close ones that I love them.
I was able to say sorry to those I needed to apologize to.
Some of them stepped near and hugged me very tight. Some of them just shook my hand. 
My three most challenging teachers where there. I kept the distance but waved at them: "Thank you for the important life lesson you gave to me. Look at me now! I did it! Look at me, standing here today on that special day proud and happy!" 

When I´ve spoken to everyone a pink light appeared in the distance. And out of this pink light a person approached the meadow: my soul partner!
He slowly walked toward me, took me in his arms and kissed me. 
Then the party started:
Everyone was dancing in the grass. Instead of confetti they sprinkled light dots. So the meadow was filled with thousands and thousands of light-sprinkles. In the end there were fireworks behind every tree.
When the party ended, a line formed and every single person said his Good bye to me, hugged me again, shook my hand or waved. Then they all went directly into my heart.

In the end there were only two people left on the meadow:
my soul partner and me

He took me in his arms.
"Are you happy?"
"Yes, I am!"
Are you ready for your new journey?"
I nodded. 

He took me by my hand and together we went into the pink light. 

When I returned out of this beautiful meditation it was 00:10am on my 49th Birthday!

Finally!

What a beautiful start into this new life circle!

My today´s breakfast:  a big glass of water - in my fancy totem glass (I love it!) and a milk-shake made out of  *** 1 banana, a hand full of frozen sour cherries, linseeds and sesame, cinnamon and organic cacao powder, almond milk ***  Originally I wanted to get up pretty early on this my day off today and head to the beach in the morning.  I did get up at 5:30am but I absolutely didn´t feel like already beginning the day. I was grumpy and listless. So I went back to bed. Yes, it´s a pity to loose the chance of an early morning swim but I know myself pretty well. There is no need to force myself to do something I am not feeling like doing it. I would have dragged myself to the beach, I would have been angry with the people on the way there and I would be sitting at the sea with dark thoughts. For sure there is no need for that! When Grandfather greeted me first ... (a HSP blog)

My year 2022 did start a bit untypical.  Well, on the second thought I have to admit it was completely predictable. As I was so excited for the New Year to start I tried to finish every open task during December. My goal for 2022 is to make it a "model-year". That´s why I allowed myself a last sloppy month in December. Means, I was eating completely unhealthy and I didn´t care about the money I spent or the packaging of stuff I bought.  The result was the predictable part of the story: On December 31st I was so tired and unwell I couldn´t prepare for "the Big Night" as I wished to do. I had a light but constant headache for the last couple of days - the result of too much sugar and chemical shit in my food and drinks. This headache and bad mood I carried over into the New Year. Three Stones of Wisdom

  A few days ago I was reminded about my deep connection with the Native Americans. I was sitting in a restaurant at the sea, writing diary, when a group of young people gathered in front of the restaurant, exactly in front of me.  One of them, a young man, long black hair, dark eyes, long black eye lashes, caught my eyes. A NATIVE! - everything screamed inside of me. I starred at him, couldn´t look away. My heart was beating faster and I felt an excitement deep inside of me, which reminded me of how much the Native Americans mean to me. I told a friend about that encounter a couple of days later. "Are you sure it was a Native?" "I don´t care about if he was a real Native or not. He looked like one and I couldn´t stop starring. The important thing is how I felt about it."
