My intense year 2020 - full of self-discovery and seeking for new ways - ended with feeling awful and hopeless. Glad I found out that I only responded to the enormous energy shifting which happened in the Universe. Though knowing this doesn´t change the actual feeling, it is more easy to bare when I know it is an Universal issue and not a personal one. So, like probably every one else, I was glad that "special" year came to an end. The highlight was a special Winter Solstice on December 21sth and an earth quake a day later. From that day on I felt the earth trembling. And with that also my heart was beating "louder". Not faster but I was able to feel my heartbeat in every corner of my body. I even saw the heartbeat when I for example looked at my hand. With this odd feeling I stepped into the New year 2021. Usually loving the fresh start of a New Year I felt kind of numb this time.
