Ready to go - lets start the test run month!

Lets get it going!

I call it "the test run month" but the truth is: I can´t await it anymore.

So today I got my kitchen organized, boiled some chickpeas and azuki beans (for further use in healthy meals) and bought fresh fruits and vegetables.

So beautiful - all those colours and so fresh! Can´t wait to dig in!

I also did the laundry and created a "To Do List" ... just because I want to start fully prepared.

While organizing my kitchen I discovered I only have two non-vegan-products stocked at home: honey and margarine (with buttermilk).
Do I wanna become fully vegan?
No.
My intention is to eat and drink as natural and healthy as possible. Most of the time I eat vegan, true. But I do not want to label myself. I do not want to control every ingredient and feel guilty if my diet is not 100% vegan.
I also have to confess that I still love eggs and sometimes I am dying for Sushi.

So, that´s the kitchen stuff - all ready to get it going.

What else is going to happen next month?

Well, of course I want to continue writing that blog.
I will keep you posted about my "New life circle - test run".
I will share my ways of living a natural life with you.
I also want to share my HSP experiences with you. Now, I can imagine that not everyone wants to read about the life of a HSP (Highly Sensitive Person). That´s why I will keep those posts separated from other stuff and mark it with HSP.

PLEASE: If you know anyone who is also a HSP or might be a HSP or is struggling right now in that intense time - PLEASE share that blog with him or her.
I would like to reach the HSP among us to share our experience and to exchange thoughts.
THANK YOU!

The last couple of days I got some great inspiration. I watched some You Tube Videos about HSP and healthy diets. I subscribed to Sheer Lev´s You Tube Channel because this woman is so inspiring!
Sheer lives in Israel with her husband and their little son. She is Highly Sensitive and she shares her life journey on You Tube.

It´s always good to have some inspiration. Though my main goal is to find my own ways in everything I am doing, I like to get new ideas from different sources.

I believe that the most important thing is to find our own ways!

Everyone of us is unique! Everyone of us has different needs. The first step of a higher wellbeing is to only do what is right for us.
Don´t follow the crowd when it doesn´t suit you!
Don´t try to adjust to society if it doesn´t feel right for you!

Check it out, try it out - when it fits for you then keep it - when it doesn´t feel right then let go again.
So simple, right?

My natural lifestyle should also contain:
- as trash- and plastic free as possible
- natural body care products
- natural household products

And last but not least I want to purify my mental wellbeing. I guess that will be the hardest part of all ...
I am still so angry!
I am still too much focused on the outside!
That doesn´t do me any good.
To be angry is important. Every feeling we have is important for us. But my opinion is that my anger is too much.
Or lets put it that way: My anger is directed into the wrong direction.
Yes, I am angry when I am watching all those people who don´t care neither for each other nor for the environment.
But that should not effect me that much! That´s their problem, right? Why does it pull me down that much?
I will not change the world, I don´t want to change the world.

I want to live a happier and healthier life!!
